Terms and Conditions for Vango Removals

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the Vango Removals website and our services. Your access to and use of the services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

    1.1. “We”, “Our”, or “Us” refers to Vango Removals. 1.2. “Service” refers to the moving and storage services provided by Vango Removals. 1.3. “Client”, “You”, or “Your” refers to the individual or entity that avails of our Service.
  2. Service Terms
    2.1. Our Service encompasses a range of moving and storage solutions, as described on our website. 2.2. All services are rendered based on the specific requirements shared by the client. It is essential for the client to provide accurate and comprehensive details about their moving and storage needs. 2.3. An initial consultation will be conducted to understand the client’s specific needs.
  3. Payments
    3.1. The cost of our services will be calculated based on the rate per person per hour, with the rate per person per hour and the approximate number of hours of work you will get acquainted with after the initial consultation (we reserve the right to change the number of hours of work in cases where during the first consultation with the client we were under misconceptions about the number of floors, parking location and other details that affect the completion of work on time)
    3.2. The booking deposit will be equal to 20% of the amount you will be required to pay before the service begins unless otherwise agreed.
  4. Cancellations
    4.1. If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled service date. 4.2. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the service date, your deposit will not be refunded.
  5. Liabilities & Damages
    5.1. We strive to handle your belongings with utmost care. However, in the unlikely event of damage or loss, our liability will be limited to the repair or the replacement cost of the item, taking into consideration depreciation. 5.2. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
  6. Customer Responsibilities
    6.1. Ensure that all items are packed securely. 6.2. Declare any items that are fragile or of high value. 6.3. Be present or have a representative present during the moving process. 6.4. Ensure easy access to the property.
  7. Changes to the Terms
    7.1. We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It’s the client’s responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
  8. Governing Law
    8.1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
